Yes. Taylor2you Cleaning provides everything we need to clean your home. However, if there is a product or brand that you wish we use that differs from what we use, we ask that you provide it.

At Taylor2you Cleaning we strive for perfection. Although we do understand that its not always possible. If you're unhappy with how something was cleaned, or something hasn't been done please let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will be sure to make it right at no cost to you. 

Taylor2you Cleaning is a cleaning business designed to help YOU! We do not expect any cleaning to be done before we arrive. We work around pets and children, and also understand that life gets wild and crazy at times. 

No. You do not need to be home when we arrive. We do ask that you close any doors to rooms you do NOT wish to have cleaned, and if there is something specific that you wish for us to get that we do not usually do please let us know in advance.

Yes, Taylor2you Cleaning is fully insured. While our cleaners do their best to be cautious, we understand that mistakes happen. If anything is broken in the process of our cleaning we will have it repaired or replaced at no charge to you.

One of the first things you will do after scheduling your cleaning is going to be filling out our "Individual Cleaning Plan". This allows for you to have all of your needs met and helps insure that those request are not neglected. When filling out this form there is a space under each room to add anything we do not have listed.

While Taylor2you Cleaning does a variety of different household cleaning task there are a few things we generally stay away from. Such as, mold, any hazardous material, exterior of the home, feces(both pet and human), bug infestations, anything that is out of reach with a step stool, and bodily fluids. Taylor2you Cleaning does not do your laundry. However, if you set out clean linens we will be sure to change them. Taylor2you Cleaning does not do dishes or load and unload dishwashers. Taylor2you Cleaning does not track down foul odors for removal.
